INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE FOR STRAPS:

Make sure surfaces to be adhered are smooth and clean
Adhere nylon strap to surface using CosBond Attach & Build — make sure to adhere a length appropriate to the desired amount of hold
Cut CosBond Reinforcer to a size and shape that will fully cover the adhered portion of the strap with a minimum of 1/2” extra on all sides including the end
Peel off the release paper on Reinforcer and press exposed adhesive to cover the strap and the excess to the surface (rub firmly to ensure Reinforcer is firmly adhered to the strap and surface underneath)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING HINGES:

Make sure surfaces of the materials to be adhered are smooth and clean
Place the two (2) pieces of your material that you’d like to join with a hinge side by side so the edges to be hinged are touching
Cut CosBond Reinforcer into strips or 1 large piece to form the hinge(s) — for larger pieces, make sure there is enough Reinforcer to ensure the hinge is substantial enough to hold each piece… for smaller pieces like articulating fingers, you will be able to use smaller strips
Peel off the release paper on Reinforcer and press exposed adhesive to the adhesive — approximately 1/2 of the Reinforcer to each of the two (2) pieces — to form a hinge between the two (2) pieces of material (rub firmly to ensure Reinforcer is firmly adhered)
