Ordering

All CosBond product orders are placed securely though the Amazon Market Place.  You will receive order and shipping confirmations from Amazon; however, your order will be fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in St. Louis, MO.  On average, order processing takes 2-3 days followed by 3-4 days shipping.

Returns 

Dissatisfied with your item?  You can get a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as the product is returned in good condition within 30 days. If the product was damaged in original shipment or there is a defect in the craftsmanship or construction, we will refund the total cost of the product including return shipping.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned items in good condition that were ordered by mistake or no longer wanted.

How do I return my items?

Initiate your return through the Amazon Market Place.  We will then process your return and issue any valid refunds.  If requested to return the product, please repack the items in original packaging (include the Packing Slip or Sales Receipt) and ship all returns to the following address:

If you do not have your Packing Slip or Sales Receipt, please include the following with your returned merchandise:

1. The first and last name used to place the order
2. Your Amazon issued order number
3. Your phone number to contact you for any necessary additional information
4. Reason for the exchange or return
